Le présent cours tyype a pour but de répondre aux impératifs minima obligatoires de la formation des capitaines, maîtres d'équipage, officiers ingénieurs en chef, officiers ingénieurs en second et de toute personne à laquelle est confiée la responsabilité immédiate de l'embarquement et du débarquement des passagers, du chargement, du déchargement ou de l'assujetissement de la cargaison, ou de la fermeture des ouvertures de coque. Il est basé sur les dispositiions de la section A-V/2 et du tableau A-V/2 du Code STCW.

This model course is essentially a practical one and consists of a series of exercises structured around the operation of the cargo and ballast installation of an oil tanker and carried out in conjunction with a simulator.

Le présent cours type a pour but de fournir la formation aux candidats pour assurer les opérations de pêche à bord des navires, conformément au paragraphe 6 de la règle 1 du chapitre III, et de l'annexe 2.2 de la résolution 4 du Document joint numéro 2 de la Convention STCW-F 95 de l'OMI. Le présent programme du cours englobe les prescriptions de la Convention STCW-F de 1995 et celles des chapitres 6.24 et 6.29 du Document FAO/OIT/OMI destiné à servir de guide pour la formation du personnel des navires de pêche et la délivrance des brevets. Le cours est ouvert à tout le personnel des navires de pêche appelé à servir à bord des navires de pêche en mer. Il n'y a pas de prescriptions scolaires particulières pour l'admission.

The International Code of Safety for High-Speed Craft, 1994 (1994 HSC Code) was adopted by the Maritime safety Committee at its sixty-third session (May 1994) by resolution MSC.36(63), the 1994 SOLAS Conference (May 1994) made the 1994 HSC Code mandatory by the addition of a new chapter X which came into force in January 1996.

The 1994 HSC Code has been developed following a revision of the Code of Safety for Dynamically Supported Craft (resolution A.373(X)) and in recognition of the growth in size and types of high-speed craft.

This model course provides training in elementary first aid at operator’s level and is based on the provisions of table A-VI/4-1 of the STCW Code.

This model course is for candidates who will undertake fishing operations on board ship, in accordance with chapter III, regulation 1.6, and attachment 2, resolution 4, annex 2.2 of STCW-F. It covers the requirements of the STCW-F and IMO/FAO/ILO Document for Guidance on Training and Certification of Fishing Vessel Personnel, chapter 6.24 and 6.29, and is open to all fishing vessel personnel who are to serve on board sea-going Fishing vessels. There are no particular educational entry requirements.

This course covers the mandatory training requirements for masters, chief mates, chief engineer officers, second engineer officers and every person assigned immediate responsibility for embarking and disembarking passengers, loading, discharging or securing cargo or closing hull openings on board passenger and ro–ro ships. It is based on the provisions of section A-V/2 and table A-V/2 of the STCW Code.

This Code (resolution A.536(13) as amended by resolution A.831(19)) was formulated to minimize the risks to ships and to floating structures equipped with diving systems and their divers and personnel and to facilitate the international movement of these ships and floating structures in the context of diving operations. To achieve this the Code recommends design criteria and construction, equipment and survey standards for diving systems.

Le Recueil International de règles de sécurité applicables aux engins à grande vitesse, 1994 (Recueil HSC de 1994) a été adopté par le Comité de la sécurité maritime, lors de sa soixante-troisième session (mai 1994) par la résolution MSC.36(63). La Conférence SOLAS de 1994 (mai 1994) a rendu le Recueil HSC de 1994 obligatoire par l'ajout d'un nouveau chapitre X qui est entré en vigueur en janvier 1996.

Le Recueil HSC de 1994 a été élaboré à la suite d'une révision du Recueil de règles de sécurité applicables aux engins à portance dynamique (résolution A.373(X)) et compte tenu de l'augmentation de la taille et des types d'engins à grande vitesse.
