ﺍﺗﻔﺎﻗﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻭﺍﻹﻧﻘﺎﺫ
ﺍﻻﺗﻔﺎﻗﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﻟﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﺒﺤﺚ ﻭﺍﻹﻧﻘﺎﺫ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺎﺭ ﻟـﻌﺎﻡ 1979
عُقِد للمؤتمر الدولي المعني بالبحث والإنقاذ في البحار في نيسان/أبريل 1979 بهدف وضع خطة دولية للبحث والإنقاذ في البحار تلبي الحاجة إلى نُظُمٍ لإبلاغ المعلومات من قِبَل السفن، وخدمات البحث والإنقاذ وإغاثة المكروبين في البحر. وتتضمن المطبوعة ما يلي:
- الوثيقة الختامية للمؤتمر
- لاتفاقية الدولية للبحث والإنقاذ البحريين لعام 1979
- القرارات التي اعتمدها المؤتمر
وتتضمن هذه الطبعة التعديلات التي اعتُمدت على الاتفاقية بموجب القرار MSC.155(78) الصادر في أيار/مايو 2004 والتي دخلت حيز النفاذ في 1 تموز/يوليو 2006.
Convention SAR
Convention internationale de 1979 sur la recherche et le sauvetage maritimes, telle que modifiée par les résolutions MSC.70(69) et MSC.155(78)
La Conférence internationale sur la recherche et le sauvetage maritimes tenue en avril 1979 a établi un plan international de recherche et de sauvetage maritimes qui couvre les besoins en matière de systèmes de comptes rendus de navire de services SAR et de sauvetage des personnes en détresse en mer. La publication comprend les éléments suivants :
- Acte final de la Conférence
- Convention internationale de 1979 sur la recherche et le sauvetage maritimes (Convention SAR);
- Résolutions adoptées par la Conférence
La présente édition inclut les amendements à la Convention internationale de 1979 sur la recherche et le sauvetage maritimes qui ont été adoptés par la résolution MSC.155(78) en mai 2004. Ces amendements sont entrés en vigueur le 1er juillet 2006.

The International Conference on Maritime Search and rescue in April 1979 concerned the establishment of an international maritime Search and rescue (SAR) plan covering the needs for ship reporting systems SAR services and the rescue of persons in distress at sea. Included in the publication are:
- Final Act of the Conference
- International Convention on Maritime Search and rescue (SAR) 1979
- Resolutions adopted by the Conference
This edition includes amendments to the International Convention on SAR which were adopted by resolution MSC.155(78) in May 2004. These amendments came into force on 1 July 2006.
