Recueil international de règles de sécurite applicables aux engins à grande vitesse, 1994
Le Recueil International de règles de sécurité applicables aux engins à grande vitesse 1994 (Recueil HSC de 1994) a été adopté par le Comité de la sécurité maritime lors de sa soixante-troisième session (mai 1994) par la résolution MSC.36(63). La Conférence SOLAS de 1994 (mai 1994) a rendu le Recueil HSC de 1994 obligatoire par l'ajout d'un nouveau chapitre X qui est entré en vigueur en janvier 1996.
Le Recueil HSC de 1994 a été élaboré à la suite d'une révision du Recueil de règles de sécurité applicables aux engins à portance dynamique (résolution A.373(X)) et compte tenu de l'augmentation de la taille et des types d'engins à grande vitesse.

1994 HSC Code
International Code of Safety for High-Speed Craft, 1994
The International Code of Safety for High-Speed Craft 1994 (1994 HSC Code) was adopted by the Maritime Safety Committee at its sixty-third session (May 1994) by resolution MSC.36(63) the 1994 SOLAS Conference (May 1994) made the 1994 HSC Code mandatory by the addition of a new chapter X which came into force in January 1996.
The 1994 HSC Code has been developed following a revision of the Code of Safety for Dynamically Supported Craft (resolution A.373(X)) and in recognition of the growth in size and types of high-speed craft.

This replaced the original chapter VI of SOLAS which contained detailed regulations on the carriage of grain in bulk with more general requirements and placed the detailed provisions on grain in a separate mandatory code.

International Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Liquefied Gases in Bulk
The purpose of the International Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Lyquified Gases in Bulk (IGC Code 1993) is to provide an international standard for the safe carriage by sea of liquefied gases (and other substances listed in the Code) in bulk. To minimize risks to ships involved in such carriage to their crews and to the environment the Code prescribes the design and constructional standards of such ships and the equipment they should carry.
This edition remains valid and applies to all applicable ships constructed before 1 January 2016.

يتمثل الغرض من المـدونة الدولية لبناء وتجهيز السفن ناقلة الغازات المُسالة السائبة (مدونة IGC لعام 1993) في وضع معيار دولي للنقل البحري الآمن للغازات المسالة (وغيرها من المواد المدرجة في المدونة) في صورة سائبة. ومن أجل الحد من الأخطار المحتملة على السفن التي تحمل هذه المواد وعلى أفراد أطقمها وعلى البيئة، تحدِّد المدونة معايير التصميم والبناء الخاصة بهذه السفن وما ينبغي أن تحمله من معدات.
ولا تزال هذه المدونة سارية وتنطبق على جميع السفن المعنية المبنية قبل 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2016.

Recueil international de règles relatives à la construction et à l’équipement des navires transportant des gaz liquéfiés en vrac
Le Recueil international de règles relatives à la construction et à l’équipement des navires transportant des gaz liquéfiés en vrac (Recueil IGC de 1993) a pour objet d’offrir une norme internationale à la sécurité du transport maritime en vrac des gaz liquéfiés (et de certaines autres matières énumérées dans la Recueil) en imposant aux navires utilisés pour un tel transport des normes de conception et de construction et un armement qui permettent de réduire le plus possible les risques auxquels sont exposés le navire son équipage et l’environnement compte tenu des la nature des produits transportés.
La présente édition reste valable et s’applique à tous les navires construits avant le 1er janvier 2016.

Le Comité de la sécurité maritime lors de sa cinquante-neuvième session (mai 1991) a adopté un nouveau Recueil international de règles de sécurité pour le transport de grains en vrac (Recueil international de règles sur les grains). Le chapitre VI original de la Convention SOLAS de 1974 qui contenait des règles détaillées pour le transport de grains en vrac a été remplacé par des prescriptions plus générales et des dispositions détaillées sur les grains ont été regroupées dans un recueil de règles obligatoires distinct.
Dispositifs à Gaz Inerte
La présente publication comprend cinq parties contenant les textes des directives sur les dispositifs à gaz inerte ainsi que le texte des documents de l'OMI qui ont trait à ces dispositifs remplace l'édition de 1983.
Le contenu des présentes Directives est fondé sur les pratiques générales suivies actuellement pour la conception et l'exploitation des dispositifs à gaz inerte et comporte les amendements adoptés par le Comité de la sécurité maritime lors de ses quarante-deuxième quarante-huitième et cinquantième sessions.
Les dispositions de la Convention SOLAS relatives au fonctionnement et aux spécifications techniques applicables aux dispositifs à gaz inerte ainsi que les nouvelles règles relatives aux dispositifs à gaz inerte à bord des navires-citernes pour produits chimiques ont également été incorporés.

اعتُمِدت الاتفاقية الدولية للاستعداد والتصدي والتعاون في ميدان التلوث الزيتي في مؤتمر عقد في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1990 بغرض وضع تدابير وقائية والاستعداد على نحو فعَّال لمكافحة حوادث التلوث الزيتي التي تقع على متن السفن والوحدات البحرية المتنقلة والموانئ البحرية ومرافق مناولة الزيت. وتتضمن المطبوعة ما يلي:

Inert Gas Systems
This publication which supersedes the 1983 edition comprises five parts containing the texts of the Guidelines for Inert Gas Systems and of relevant IMO documents.
The content of the guidelines is based on current general practice used in the design and operation of inert gas systems and incorporates amendments adopted by the Maritime safety Committee at its forty-second forty-eighth and fiftieth sessions. Provisions of SOLAS covering application and technical requirements together with recent developments on regulations for chemical tankers are included.

Code for The Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Liquefied Gases in Bulk
The Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Liquefied Gases in Bulk (GC Code) was developed to provide an international standard for the safe carriage by sea in bulk of liquefied gases and certain other substances. To minimize the risks to ships involved in such carriage to their crews and to the environment the Code prescribes the design and constructional features of such ships and the equipment they should carry. The Code generally applies to ships built on or after 31 December 1976 but prior to 1 July 1986. This edition incorporates amendments 1 to 4 including a supplement containing amendments adopted by resolution MSC.32(63) which came into force on 1 July 1998.
A supplement Summary of Minimum Requirements of the Code is included.

Código para la Construcción y el Equipo de Buques que Transporten Gases Licuados a Granel
The Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Liquefied Gases in Bulk (GC Code) was developed to provide an international standard for the safe carriage by sea in bulk of liquefied gases and certain other substances. To minimize the risks to ships involved in such carriage to their crews and to the environment the Code prescribes the design and constructional features of such ships and the equipment they should carry. The Code generally applies to ships built on or after 31 December 1976 but prior to 1 July 1986. This edition incorporates amendments 1 to 4 including a supplement containing amendments adopted by resolution MSC.32(63) which came into force on 1 July 1998.
A supplement Summary of Minimum Requirements of the Code is included.

The purpose of the International Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Lyquified Gases in Bulk (IGC Code 1993) is to provide an international standard for the safe carriage by sea of liquefied gases (and other substances listed in the Code) in bulk. To minimize risks to ships involved in such carriage to their crews and to the environment the Code prescribes the design and constructional standards of such ships and the equipment they should carry.
This edition remains valid and applies to all applicable ships constructed before 1 January 2016.
Noise Levels on Board Ships
This publication contains the Code on Noise Levels on Board Ships (resolution A.468(XII)) developed to stimulate and promote noise control at a national level within the framework of internationally agreed guidelines and the Recommendation on methods of measuring noise levels at listening posts (resolution A.343(IX)).

The Intervention Convention deals with the need to protect the interests of coastal States directly affected or threatened by the consequences of a maritime casualty which might result in pollution of the sea or coastlines by oil.
